Job description

Maintenance HVAC Technician – CPO

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance HVAC Technician to join an apartment community team. The ideal candidate has multifamily maintenance experience, strong HVAC knowledge, and a current CPO certification.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems throughout the community.
  • Complete resident work orders and general apartment maintenance.
  • Assist with make-ready turns and preventative maintenance.
  • Perform basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and drywall repairs.
  • Maintain the community pool and equipment in accordance with CPO requirements.
  • Assist with general upkeep of the property and respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous apartment/multifamily maintenance experience preferred.
  • Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • CPO certification required.
  • EPA certification is a plus.
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work well with residents and the property team.
