This is a customer-facing role serving a loyal, primarily elderly customer base, with a strong mix of diagnostic repair work, system changeout sales, and installation. We're looking for someone who's just as comfortable running a service call as they are presenting a changeout quote to a homeowner.
Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay range: $25–$35/hour
  • Repair/service calls: 15% of the service call invoice
  • Warranty calls: $25/hour flat rate
  • System changeout sales: 6% commission
  • Installation pay: paid to install the system, in addition to the 6% sales commission

  • Company iPad provided
  • Health insurance (individual coverage)
  • Paid holidays
  • Relocation bonus: Negotiable based on distance if needed
What You'll Do

  • Generate referrals from our existing customer base through excellent service and follow-up
  • Complete a 2–3 week ride-along onboarding with a senior technician to learn the service area, billing system, and processes
  • Take on occasional light commercial work during slower periods, including 3-phase splits and hospital DX units
  • Cover a service area within approximately 45–60 miles of Victoria, TX
Schedule

Typical start time is 9:00 AM, with daily hours depending on call volume. Early calls are possible when scheduled the night before.

What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of hands-on HVAC experience
  • EPA Universal Certification (required)
  • Texas Registered Technician license (preferred)
  • Comfortable in a sales-facing role — able to present and close system changeout opportunities with confidence
  • Own personal hand tools
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Professional appearance and demeanor — this is a customer-facing role in clients' homes
  • Willing to relocate to Victoria, TX (this posting is for relocating candidates only; local Victoria-area applicants will not be considered)
