Position Summary:
We are seeking skilled and customer-focused Residential HVAC Technicians to join our Durham team. The successful candidate will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems while delivering exceptional customer service and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, remove, and repair HVAC parts and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC equipment efficiently.
  • Prepare accurate repair estimates.
  • Educate customers on HVAC systems, components, and solutions.
  • Perform routine system maintenance.
  • Mentor and train junior team members.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and safety regulations.
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.

Ideal Candidate:
  • EPA Certification or willingness to obtain certification immediately.
  • Strong relationship-building skills based on teamwork, trust, and respect.
