Summary:

As an HVAC Lead Installer working within the HomeTown System, you will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and other equipment following manufacture specifications and company requirements.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise HVAC installation projects from start to finish.

  • Install and connect ventilation equipment, including ductwork, vents, and piping.

  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance tasks, and installations performed.

  • Train and mentor helper installers to increase productivity.

  • Working knowledge of local inspection codes.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems.

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.

  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces.

  • Sheet metal fabrication and installation are a plus.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer.

  • Proficient in performing mechanical installation and brazing tasks.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices.
