Role Overview:
The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems across multiple communities. This role ensures that residents and staff enjoy safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient environments year-round.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
