Full-Time | $15.00-$25.00 per Hour Based on Experience

Schedule: Full-Time | 7:00 AM Start Time | Overtime Available

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level HVAC Installation Technician, you'll work alongside experienced installers to learn the trade while assisting with residential and light commercial HVAC installations. You'll receive on-the-job training and gradually develop the skills needed to complete installations independently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the installation of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment

  • Help install ductwork, refrigeration lines, gas piping, and other HVAC system components

  • Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials for each job

  • Assist with equipment start-up and basic system testing

  • Learn proper installation techniques, safety procedures, and HVAC best practices

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

  • Follow all company safety policies and installation standards

  • Continuously develop your technical knowledge through hands-on training and education

Qualifications
  • Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning the HVAC trade

  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn from experienced technicians

  • Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions

  • Ability to lift and carry HVAC equipment and materials

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Trade school or HVAC education is a plus, but not required

  • Construction, mechanical, warehouse, maintenance, or related experience is a plus, but not required
