As an HVAC Controls Technician, you will be responsible for preventive maintenance, customer interfacing, small project installation, start-up, commissioning, and troubleshooting / repair on commercial HVAC DDC controls. In this position you will establish and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external customers. ECS strives to provide the highest levels of performance, therefore training and support will be provided.

Requirements:

The following qualifications along with individuals previous work experience will be considered by the company when evaluating applicants:


Knowledge of Siemens BACnet DDC Controls, Tridium AX & N4, Trane DDC Controls, and HVAC Mechanical Systems highly desirable.

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in the controls field
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC building control systems
  • Have and maintain a professional image
  • Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Siemens BACnet DDC Controls, Distech Controls, Tridium AX/N4 platforms, and Trane Controls is highly desirable. Candidates with a strong understanding of electrical systems and HVAC mechanical systems will be given preference.
