Growing staffing agency in Lincoln looking for recruitment specialists.
In-office Monday thru Friday, 8a-5p
Benefits offered: health, dental, paid holidays and PTO.
Great position for a new graduate interested in getting into talent acquisition, sales, customer service, human services, or HR field.

Responsibilities:

  • Source for candidates for open roles using Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Monster, and other job boards
  • Call and screen candidates for applicable jobs in fields such as healthcare, accounting, finance, warehouse, customer service, quality assurance, maintenance, case management, and more based on the needs of the client - targeting at least 20-30 outbound calls per day for engagement
  • Post open roles and vet candidates based on applications
  • Email and text correspondence to candidates looking for work
  • Set up interviews with clients and prepare candidates accordingly
  • Communicate with account managers on open jobs
  • Gather onboarding documentation for candidates once offers are accepted
  • Utilize Bullhorn software for applicant and candidate tracking
