HR Admin


Contract till at least the end of the year | Santa Fe Springs, CA | $25-$27/hr


Overview

A growing distribution and manufacturing company is seeking a bilingual HR Admins to support its Human Resources team during an upcoming peak season. These positions will play a critical role in onboarding, employee administration, recruiting coordination, and day-to-day HR support for a large, high-volume workforce.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting. Strong performers will have the opportunity to gain exposure to recruiting functions and potentially transition into a long-term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process onboarding documentation and new hire paperwork
  • Enter and maintain employee data with a high degree of accuracy
  • Update, track, and manage workforce information using Excel and Google Sheets
  • Support employee file maintenance and HR recordkeeping
  • Assist with onboarding logistics and orientation coordination
  • Provide administrative support to HR and recruiting teams
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communication as needed
  • Support high-volume hiring efforts during peak operational periods
  • Assist with various HR projects and workforce initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bilingual Spanish/English required
  • Previous experience in HR, recruiting coordination, office administration, or data entry preferred
  • Experience supporting warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or blue-collar workforces highly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with large volumes of employee information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Santa Fe Springs
