Position Summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator/HR Executive to support recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, HR recordkeeping, compliance tracking, and day-to-day HR administration at our Marlborough, Massachusetts office.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential candidate and employee information with professionalism and discretion.


Requirements

  • 1 or more years of professional experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, or professional administration.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases for real-time personnel record management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel for maintaining complex operational trackers and administrative follow-up lists.
  • Experience with multi-calendar coordination and technical interview scheduling logistics for diverse panels.
  • Experience in executing end-to-end onboarding workflows and pre-employment compliance background checks.
  • Experience with conducting HR documentation audits and managing confidential digital personnel repositories.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional candidate and stakeholder engagement.


Responsibilities

  • Administer the enterprise recruitment database to ensure the real-time accuracy of candidate and employee records.
  • Architect Excel-based analytical reports to monitor HR operational milestones and sensitive compliance deadlines.
  • Orchestrate high-volume interview scheduling by synchronizing calendars across multiple departmental teams.
  • Execute technical onboarding workstreams including system access provisioning and first-day orientation logistics.
  • Audit digital recordkeeping systems to maintain strict compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
  • Implement professional development tracking modules to record technical certifications and employee growth.
  • Manage secure digital repositories for confidential HR correspondence and administrative documentation.


Work Schedule and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position at Resourcesoft, Inc.’s Marlborough, Massachusetts office. The employee must be available during the company’s established business hours. Occasional schedule flexibility may be required to support interviews, onboarding activities, recruiting events, or other time-sensitive HR matters.
