Job Summary

Join our energetic HR team at Lumen Field, home of the Seattle Seahawks, Sounders FC, Reign FC, and world-class concerts! We’re looking for friendly, detail-oriented team members to help make every event day run smoothly for our Levy team.

As an HR Check-In Team Member, you’ll be the first point of contact for team members arriving for their shifts, ensure uniform standards are met, assist with stand placements, and support HR throughout the event. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Operate the Levy team member check-in tent, providing a warm and professional welcome to all arriving staff.
  • Ensure smooth, efficient check-in with a strong sense of urgency during high-volume arrival periods.
  • Fielding Levy team members to the appropriate HR staff.
  • Verify uniforms and conduct standards in line with Levy policies.
  • Assist with team member placement and direct staff to assigned work areas as needed.
  • Support recognition programs.
  • Aiding non-profit volunteers, staffing agencies, and subcontractors with checking in.
  • Conduct walk-throughs to observe and report on service and uniform compliance.
  • Assist with control during events. Control fields all incoming radio calls and serves as dispatch for emergency services, housekeeping, and operational oversight.
  • Occasionally assist with administrative tasks between or during events.
  • Maintain a calm, positive, and professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Collaborate effectively in a tight-knit workspace with other HR team members and event leadership.
Job Requirements
  • Entry-level position – No prior HR experience required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or front-facing role is helpful but not required.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions (a tent, heat lamps, and lighting is provided).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Ability to stand/sit up to 8 hours per shift outside.
  • Must be available to work an event-based schedule, including Seahawks, Sounders FC, Reign FC home games, and full-stadium concerts.
  • Flexibility for varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and potentially some holidays.
