Catch Air is a larger-than-life indoor soft-play adventure park for children themed around a family. Each Catch Air park is filled with colorful murals, three dimensional thematic elements and giant play structures built around a maze of dizzyingly high and wildly twisting slides. There are dozens of activities inside the center that encourage physical, mental and social development through play. There are no electronic arcade games or ticket redemption windows to be found here. Catch Air is ALL about running, jumping, climbing, sliding, interacting with digital games. Along the way kids learn how to play fairly, share and make new friends while challenging themselves physically and getting the exercise they need to be healthy.
What we're looking for:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our team with day-to-day HR and administrative operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is tech-savvy, highly organized, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. As the position evolves, this role may also develop into a Senior Generalist role. The ideal candidate is resourceful, comfortable with digital tools, ATS systems and AI-powered systems, and driven to deliver accurate, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records, including new hires, terminations, and personnel changes
  • Support payroll preparation by gathering and organizing data such as hours worked, pay changes, and deductions
  • Assist with payroll entry and ensure data accuracy within payroll systems
  • Help ensure timely and accurate semi-monthly payroll processing
  • Provide administrative support for HR processes including onboarding, documentation, and compliance tracking
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and applicant tracking system (ATS) updates
  • Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings and candidate pipeline management
  • Partner with store/location managers to help identify and support staffing needs
  • Organize digital files, reports, and HR documentation for audits and internal use
  • Leverage technology and AI tools to improve efficiency, organization, and reporting
  • Support general office operations and cross-functional administrative tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Review, create and update SOPs
