Atlantic Group is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator in Boston, MA for our client, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and day-to-day human resources operations. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate looking to launch a career in Human Resources while gaining exposure to a broad range of HR functions within a growing organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine interest in employee experience and talent development.
Responsibilities as the Human Resources Coordinator:
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, HR databases, personnel files, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, candidate scheduling, interview coordination, and other recruiting activities throughout the hiring process.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Support new hire onboarding, orientation programs, and employee documentation to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Employee Engagement: Coordinate employee events, training sessions, meetings, and engagement initiatives that support a positive workplace culture.
  • Benefits & Payroll Support: Assist with benefits administration, payroll-related activities, and employee inquiries as needed.
