Job description

Entry-Level PM HVAC Technician
We're seeking a dependable and motivated Entry-Level PM HVAC Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll assist with planned maintenance (PM) services, inspections, and minor repairs on HVAC systems across retail and commercial buildings throughout the Lansing area and surrounding cities. You'll be dispatched from home, starting and ending your day there, with a company-provided van, and will have the opportunity to learn from experienced technicians while building your skills in the field.
Location: Lansing Area
What You'll Do:
Perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, and package units.
Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting basic HVAC issues (airflow problems, filter restrictions, thermostat issues).
Complete routine inspections and document system performance.
Replace filters, belts, and other common wear components.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and HVAC regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Requirements for the Job:
Valid driver's license.
0-2 years of HVAC experience (trade school or certification preferred).
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and tools.
Willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC field.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
