Job Title: Weld Nut Inspector

Location: Tecumseh, MI

Pay: $16/hour

Immediate Start, Short-Term Standby / On-Call Contract Work

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting materials and components to ensure they meet defined quality standards. This position focuses specifically on performing visual inspections of weld nut locations, with minimal physical strain required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform visual inspections of two weld nut locations on each part (4 nuts per part).

  • Rework materials as needed according to defined work instructions.

  • Utilize inspection skills, which may include visual detection, inspection equipment, or measuring devices.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Report findings accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.

  • Ability to work the overnight shift consistently.
