Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join their team in Seattle, WA. The role involves providing technical support and resolving issues for non-technical resources while ensuring a smooth operation of helpdesk services.
Responsibilities:
• Good interpersonal skills, working with non-technical resource to resolve technical issues.
• Call Center / Helpdesk experience
• Networking Skills
• Computer Hardware Troubleshooting experience
• Ability to work independently
• Willing to work during weekends on rotation basis
