Job DescriptionOverview

JoinAtkinsRealis' Operations & Maintenance team and play a key role in delivering technical projects within a hospital environment. Reporting to the FM Site Manager, you will contribute to the planning, coordination and execution of projects focused on the modernization, replacement and optimization of critical building systems while ensuring continuity of operations, quality,safetyand client satisfaction.

Coordinate technical projects related to building systems and infrastructure within an active healthcare environment.

  • Coordinate projects involving the replacement,modernizationand optimization of critical building systems, including mechanical, electrical and facility infrastructure assets.

  • Validate project deliverables, including reports, technical specifications, plans, schedules,estimatesandcompletiondocumentation.

  • Analyze requirements and ensurethe successfulimplementation,acceptanceand follow-up of project work.

  • Develop andmonitorproject budgets,schedulesand invoicing activities while ensuring compliance with projectobjectives.

  • Coordinate internal stakeholders,subcontractorsand external professionals throughout project execution.

  • Participate in tender preparation, bid evaluations,negotiationsand contractor selection processes.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements while supporting continuous project performance and quality improvement.

About You
  • Technical, Engineering or Architectural training related to building systems, electromechanical systems, buildingconstructionor property management.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management involving building electromechanical systems, facilities maintenance, infrastructureupgradesor healthcare environments.

  • Proficiencyin coordinating contractors, consultants and stakeholders while managing budgets,schedulesand project deliverables.

  • Ability to work effectively in an operational environment where service continuity, riskmanagementand client satisfaction are critical.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite,Teamsand MS Project.
