Tactical Rehab is seeking compassionate, motivated, and service-oriented individuals to join our growing team as a Patient Care Specialist I (PCS1). This entry-level healthcare position offers an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

As a Patient Care Specialist, you will work directly with patients, assisting with medical equipment fittings, patient education, scheduling, and customer service. If you enjoy helping others, thrive in a team environment, and are committed to providing exceptional care, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with fitting and proper use of medical equipment.
  • Process patient equipment orders and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Schedule appointments and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Educate patients on equipment use, care, and maintenance.
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Support inventory management and office operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to work closely with patients in a clinical setting

Preferred:

  • Associate degree

Ongoing Certification Stipends 

Paid each pay period while certification remains active
