REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to commute to the Willis Tower office in Chicago

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle live, pre-screened inbound calls and assist consumers in selecting and enrolling in Medicare health insurance plans
  • Make outbound calls to revisit and review Medicare options with consumers
  • Provide expert guidance on health insurance offerings and plan selection
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting monthly sales goals
  • Stay informed on Medicare regulations and comply with all Federal CMS and state standards
