Position: Licensed Insurance Sales Agent

Location: On-site or Work from Home | Supporting Royal Palm Beach Jupiter, FL Offices

License Required: Florida 220 Property Casualty License or 4-40 License

Experience: 2+ years as a PC Insurance Agent (Allstate experience preferred but not required)

Compensation Earnings Potential

  • Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000 total compensation (base + commission)

  • Process and service leads from internet and live transfer sources
  • Work as part of a collaborative team; communicate regularly with leadership, customer service, and sales support
Requirements
  • Licensing: Active Florida 4-40 or 2-20 insurance license is required.
  • Prior insurance experience, preferably in PC (Allstate or equivalent environment preferred)
  • Proven track record (or strong potential) for sales and client retention
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Self motivated, driven, and able to work independently or collaboratively
  • Comfortable working with technology, leads, and CRM tools
