Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets within a designated territory in the Gulf Coast region. This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel to meet with clients and prospects face-to-face. This individual will be responsible for selling a range of marine parts, paints, and accessories. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, excellent customer service skills, and a solid understanding of marine equipment and boating culture.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
