The Opportunity
We are hiring an entry-level Staff Accountant with significant growth potential.
This is an opportunity to build foundational accounting skills inside a scaling, enterprise-focused company - with exposure to leadership and our external CPA. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into expanded responsibilities over time, including month-end ownership, reporting, and eventually accounting leadership. Core Responsibilities
• Accounts payable processing and vendor management
• Expense and credit card reconciliation (Brex)
• Travel and expense reporting support (Navan)
• Bank reconciliations and cash tracking
• Maintain accurate coding within NetSuite (ERP)
• Support monthly close in coordination with leadership and external CPA
• Assist with journal entries and accruals over time
• Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation
• Identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or graduating soon)
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals
• High attention to detail and process discipline
• Strong Excel skills
• Interest in working within an ERP system (NetSuite experience a plus)
• Desire to grow into increasing levels of responsibility
