Turning Point USA is a 501(c)(3) grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to educating students about the importance of fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government. Our primary focus is to identify, educate, train, and empower student activists to stand up for their values on all high school and college campuses. Job Description: Turning Point USA is seeking a highly skilled, professional, and motivated individual to assist in one of the nation's largest and most innovative conservative field operations. The Faith Pastoral Relations Administrator is assigned to the Pastoral Relations team and works with the Pastoral Relations Administrative Manager in order to accomplish predetermined goals aligned with local church engagement to eradicate woke-ism from the American pulpit and to unify the church around primary doctrine.
Tasks include but are not limited to fulfilling internal outsource requests; handling the writing and execution of submitting emails to the Marketing Team; assisting with review and input of church map submissions and prayer requests; and assisting the team with event planning in order to support the department. The ideal candidate works as a team to ensure the success of the churches and pastors. The Faith Pastoral Relations Administrator reports directly to the Faith Pastoral Relations Administrative Manager/
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with various groups of people.
  • Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets, Classroom).
  • Passion for biblical principles and conservative ideals.
  • Positive and goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and initiative.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for a dynamic work environment.
  • Receives and applies feedback constructively to improve performance.
  • Effectively reports updates and progress to leadership in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrates the physical ability to sit, stand, and safely lift up to 15 lbs.

  • Previous administrative or leadership experience.
  • Experience in marketing, strategic initiatives, or communications.
  • Proven skills facilitating civic engagement and/or experience communicating with Christian pastors.
