At Geneva Golf & Country Club, teamwork, passion, and excellence come together to create exceptional member experiences. Since 1900, Geneva Golf & Country Club has provided a welcoming and supportive environment where employees are valued for their skills, energy, and creativity.
We are currently seeking additional staff to join our Golf Operations team as Outside Golf Services Attendants. In this entry-level role, you’ll provide friendly and efficient support to members and guests by assisting with golf bag handling, cart operations, and helping coordinate tournaments and club events.
This position is ideal for high school students looking to gain valuable customer service experience in a professional golf and country club setting. This is a seasonal, part-time opportunity, the ideal candidate must have evening and weekend availability.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet members and guests promptly and provide a welcoming, service-oriented experience.
  • Carry, load, unload, and clean golf clubs and golf bags.
  • Prepare, stage, clean, and return golf carts; ensure carts are charged, stocked, and ready for use.
  • Monitor cart usage and assist with pace-of-play support as directed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bag room, cart barn, practice facilities, and surrounding outdoor areas.
  • Assist with set-up and breakdown for tournaments, outings, and special events.
  • Follow all club policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Assist and maintain driving range.
  • Other duties as assigned.
