Part-Time Golf Performance Coach


Summary

P4S Golf is on a mission to relentlessly push the boundaries of golf performance. We combine strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, recovery, and golf performance to help golfers achieve their goals and perform at their highest level.


We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Strength & Performance Coach who wants to develop their career in a high-performance, client-focused environment. This is an entry-level opportunity for a coach who is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and wants to continue growing professionally.

Responsibilities

The right candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality coaching experience and helping clients achieve measurable results.


Responsibilities include:

  • Coach 1-on-1 strength and performance sessions.
  • Coach small-group training sessions.
  • Develop and progress individualized training programs.
  • Hold clients accountable to their training and goals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide a high level of service.
  • Track client progress and adjust programming based on results.
  • Work collaboratively with the P4S team to create the best possible client experience.
  • Take initiative in their own professional development and contribute to the continued growth of the company.


Success in this position is ultimately measured by one thing: client results.


Requirements

  • Degree in Exercise Science or a related field.
  • CSCS or similar strength and conditioning certification.
  • Previous coaching experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coach both individuals and small groups.
  • Growth mindset with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and being held accountable to high standards.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Golf experience or golf-specific training experience is welcomed but not required.


Opportunity for Growth

This position will begin at 20+ hours per week, with opportunities to expand based on performance and company needs.


As the coach develops within P4S, opportunities may include:

  • Additional in-person coaching hours.
  • Coaching remote clients.
  • Working with P4S's national membership.
  • Participating in in-person events with members from across the country.
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as the company continues to grow.


We are looking for someone who views this as more than simply a part-time coaching job. The ideal candidate wants an opportunity to develop as a coach, create meaningful results for clients, and grow with an ambitious golf performance company.


Compensation:

  • Base Rate: $15/hour
  • Client-Facing Training: Additional $40 per client-facing training hour
  • Total Client-Facing Compensation: $55/hour

Job Type: Part-time

Expected Hours: 20+ hours per week

Work Location: In person
