About the Role
As a Remote Entry-Level Associate, you'll work with prospective and existing clients through scheduled virtual appointments. Your role is to understand client needs, explain available benefit options, answer questions, and provide a positive, professional experience throughout the process.
You'll work alongside experienced leaders who will support your development while helping you build valuable communication, customer service, and consultative sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments using video conferencing platforms
  • Build strong, professional relationships through outstanding customer service
  • Understand client needs and present appropriate benefit options
  • Answer client questions and provide clear, accurate information
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care

  • Participate in virtual onboarding, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
  • Collaborate with mentors and team members to achieve personal and team goals
Qualifications
