Viracon is continuously hiring entry-level Production Associates to support our day shift operations in Owatonna, MN.
Pay Range: $18.95 - $20.55/hr
What You'll DoYou will support manufacturing operations by assisting with workstation setup, loading and unloading materials, cutting, assembling, and inspecting glass products. You'll work as part of a team to ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and meets quality standards.
What We're Looking ForThis is an entry-level role. No prior manufacturing experience is required. Candidates should be dependable, able to work a day shift schedule, follow instructions, and work safely in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs is required.
Hiring CriteriaTo be considered for direct hire, candidates must meet one of the following:
Minimum of 6 months of continuous employment with a single employer within the past 3 years (1 year preferred). Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
Completion of at least 6 months of college, technical, or vocational education within the past 12 months.
Military service within the past 5 years with an honorable discharge.
High school diploma or equivalent obtained within the past 12 months.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana.
Ability to safely lift 50-60 lbs on a regular basis.

Criterios de ContratacionPara ser considerado para contratacion directa, los candidatos deben cumplir con uno de los siguientes requisitos:
