About Palace Jewelry and Loan:
Family-owned and operated since 1958, Palace Jewelry and Loan is a Reno institution built on trust, expertise, and genuine care for clients and employees. We are a full-service jeweler with an on-site GIA Graduate Gemologist, custom design and manufacturing capability, and a reputation the community has trusted for almost 70 years.
HOW TO APPLY:
This is a considered hiring process, not a rushed one. If qualified, will be able to select an interview time immediately. Interviews take place in person at our Reno location every Wednesday at 10 in the morning.

โ€ข Work closely with our on site GIA Graduate Gemologist on appraisals, certifications, and custom pieces
โ€ข Guide clients through custom jewelry design and manufacturing options
โ€ข Manage high value transactions with professionalism, discretion, and precision
โ€ข Maintain and merchandise a showroom that reflects the quality of what we sell
โ€ข Consistently meet and exceed sales goals through expertise, not pressure
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
โ€ข Minimum two years of experience specifically in high-end or luxury jewelry sales
โ€ข Real, demonstrable experience with fine diamonds, precious metals, and luxury watch brands
โ€ข A track record of working with high-end clientele and delivering a premium client experience

โ€ข GIA coursework or diamond grading knowledge is a strong plus
โ€ข A professional, polished presence that fits a luxury retail environment
