Accelerate Your Career: Civil & Survey Rotational Development Program (Applications Engineer)
Are you a motivated recent graduate ready to gain high-level exposure across a global technology leader? Launch your career in our unique, two-year Rotational Development Program in Westminster, where you'll spend 24 months mastering the product lifecycle-from testing next-gen technology to driving sales and product vision-all while building a foundation to become a future leader at Trimble.

Key Exciting Responsibilities
  • Master the Product Lifecycle: Complete four 6-month rotations across Technical Support, Product Testing, Product Management, and Sales Engineering to build a 360-degree understanding of our business.
  • Test Next-Gen Tech: Prepare future tools for market release by conducting rigorous field and office testing, documenting workflows, and ensuring world-class product quality.
  • Drive Innovation: Partner with regional sales and product teams to conduct market research, perform high-impact product demos, and contribute to the long-term vision of our technology.
  • Champion Emerging Solutions: Proactively identify efficient ways to work by exploring and implementing emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance workflows and create customer value.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Surveying, GIS, Geography, or Construction Management.
  • Minimum of one related internship or up to three years of professional experience.
  • Hands-on experience with surveying, GIS, GPS, or other positioning solutions.
  • A curious, leadership-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Bonus Points For
  • Familiarity with construction or mapping software.
  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance and trends.
  • Recent leadership involvement in university or professional organizations.

Logistics
  • Location: Westminster, Colorado (Northern Denver Area) - In-Office
  • Travel Requirement: Occasional travel for industry events, trade shows, and field testing (Approx. 10-15%).
