Main Responsabilities
  • Works on an agile product team alongside other software engineers to  support basic product design by writing and testing code to deliver simple to complex functionality on a defined portion of the product it supports. This is an entry level role that is designed to learn, grow in competence, and develop the most basic capability needed to operate effectively in this role. Work and decisions are reviewed by supervisors before implementation
  • Contribute to development of existing and new applications by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement. Contribute to development of new applications to meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor, identify, and correct straightforward software defects to maintain fully functioning applications software.
  • Research and interpret data, trends, and benchmarks relevant to digital products/services design.
  • Maintain assigned portals/websites, using content creation and management tools as well as digital media, and propose improvements to the design to ensure that technical continuity is maintained and development standards are met.
  • Research and suggest technical developments to prove the quality of the used technology, such as systems, processes, infrastructure, installations, and machines.
  • Provide fault isolation and resolution to limit and address issues promptly.
  • Work within an established project management plan to achieve specific goals.
  • Monitor and report on distribution of database resources and provide physical modeling and design services to tune database applications for optimum performance.
