Role Overview

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Recruiter who is excited to learn the fundamentals of technical and business hiring. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in talent acquisition, startups, and the intersection of people and technology.

You'll work closely with hiring managers, leadership, and operations to help identify, engage, and coordinate candidates across technical and non-technical roles as we grow our team.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Coordination

  • Support full-cycle recruiting for entry-level to mid-level roles across engineering, design, operations, and business functions

  • Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and inbound applications

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and internal teams

Candidate Experience

  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience

  • Help manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system

Collaboration

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities

  • Work with operations and leadership to support hiring processes and timelines

Process & Learning

  • Learn best practices in recruiting, interviewing, and employer branding

  • Help improve recruiting workflows, job descriptions, and interview coordination processes

  • Stay curious about hiring trends, especially in tech and AI-driven companies

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field

Preferred Experience

  • Internship or part-time experience in recruiting, HR, operations, campus hiring, or coordination roles
