About the Role

We are seeking an Entry-Level Vehicle Inspector to join our Mississauga production facility. In this role, you will ensure every vehicle meets Clutch's high standards for cosmetic and functional quality before delivery or further production. You'll work with our production and quality assurance teams to inspect vehicles, document findings, and support continuous improvement in our processes.

What You'll Do

  • Perform detailed inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet company standards.

  • Evaluate exterior and interior condition, including paint, trim, and upholstery.

  • Test vehicle functionality, including windows, mirrors, HVAC systems, and advanced safety or connectivity features.

  • Record inspection results using iPads and specialized inspection software.

  • Collaborate with production, repair, and quality assurance teams to resolve issues.

  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent; training in automotive inspection or quality control is a plus.

  • Minimum G2 Driver's License (valid in Ontario) with a clean abstract.

  • Clean criminal background check and legally authorized to work in Canada.

  • Detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of vehicle systems and components.

  • Tech-savvy, able to use iPads and inspection software.

  • Team player with strong communication skills.

  • Physically able to stand, bend, and lift lightly for extended periods.

  • Availability: Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs.
