Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Busser to join our team and ensure our guests have a seamless dining experience. You will be the \unsung hero\ of our front-of-house, responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere by quickly resetting tables and supporting our servers during busy shifts. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their efficiency and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Table Maintenance: Quickly clear dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables after guests depart. Wipe and sanitize surfaces, chairs, and booths.
  • Table Resets: Set tables with clean linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments according to restaurant standards.
  • Server Support: Assist waitstaff by refilling water glasses and running food to tables during peak periods if necessary.
  • Dining Room Upkeep: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of floors, side stations, and high-touch areas throughout the shift.
  • Stock Management: Restock service stations with clean utensils, napkins, and other essential supplies.
  • Closing Duties: Perform end-of-shift cleaning, including sweeping and removing trash to prepare for the next day's service.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated entry-level candidates.
