Team Lead Full Stack Engineer (Java/Data)

Location: Bentonville, local or relo

Glider/IKM/Modern Hire: Java Assessment

Required Skills:

  • Great communication, need to have been in a lead role and be able to help train junior associates as well as communicate clearly with Sr. Leadership.
  • Team Lead: Will be more junior members on team that will be added, code review.
  • Full stack (backend and data) capabilities and strong on backend.
  • Strong backend skills - must haves:
    • Java
    • Kafka
    • Cloud computing - Google/Azure
    • Data RDMS (SQL, etc)
    • Bigquery
    • Hadoop
    • Needs to be able to be hands on for UI (not too much but need to be able to plug in and help jr resources) -> React & node
  • Required Skills: Data Analysis, Java, Javascript
