Full Stack Engineer | Arlington, Virginia, United States Full Stack Engineer - Federal UI / AI-Enabled Systems (TS/SCI Poly) Location: Remote (USA-based, some travel) | Arlington, VA (W2) About the Role Join the Agentic AI platform's mission-critical team as a Frontend-Focused Full Stack Engineer. In this pivotal role, you will architect and deliver high-impact, real-time user interfaces for federal clients leveraging React/Next.js, TypeScript, and microservices. You'll shape the next generation of AI-enabled, streaming web applications for agentic systems, directly influencing federal digital transformation. Work remotely with a collaborative, AI-assisted engineering culture that values code quality, inclusion, and end-to-end ownership. Responsibilities - Architect, build, and optimize scalable, reusable React component libraries and design systems for AI/agentic interfaces. - Develop streaming, event-driven UIs using Server-Sent Events (SSE) or WebSockets, ensuring real-time performance and reliability. - Integrate frontend with microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms to maintain seamless data flow, security, and system health. - Own visualization of tool-calls, lineage, and traces for live agent execution, focusing on usability and accessibility. - Champion automated testing with Playwright, Cypress, Jest, and TDD for robust, production-grade software. - Document technical designs, build tools, and developer workflows to support modern DevSecOps practices. - Mentor junior team members and drive code reviews to uphold engineering best practices and continuous improvement. - Collaborate cross-functionally in agile teams, balancing new features with technical debt and system performance.
