Syneren Technologies is seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web and cloud-native applications using modern frameworks and Microsoft Azure services. This role requires strong collaboration, technical leadership, and a passion for clean, secure, and efficient code.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and deploy sophisticated, multi-stage workflow solutions on our SharePoint Online platform with Web Development & Analytics and Section 508 Compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building custom Power Apps forms, developing complex Power Automate workflows, and creating real-time reporting dashboards using Power BI. This role will be responsible for transforming key business processes into seamless automated systems that enhance efficiency, improve user experience, and provide real-time visibility into operational performance.

 Job Duties:

  •  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into a comprehensive technical design.
  • Design and build intuitive, user-friendly custom forms using SharePoint and Power Apps to capture, validate, and process data from SharePoint lists.
  • Develop and implement complex, multi-stage approval workflows in Power Automate, incorporating advanced logic, parallel branches, conditions, and robust error handling.
  • Create and publish dynamic, visually appealing reports and dashboards in Power BI to provide real-time insights into workflow status and performance metrics.
  • Configure and manage SharePoint Online lists, libraries, content types, and permissions to support automated workflows.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure a high-quality, production-ready solutions.
  • Provide clear and comprehensive documentation for the developed solutions, including workflows, forms, and reports.

Required Skills and Experience:

  •  Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex, multi-stage approval workflows using Power Automate.
  • Extensive hands-on experience building custom forms from scratch in Power Apps, including UI/UX design, data validation, and patching functions.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI for creating and publishing dynamic reports and dashboards sourced from SharePoint lists.
  • In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online, including lists, library architecture, permissions, and content types.
  • Web Development & Analytics and Section 508 Compliance
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • U.S. Citizenship and active Secret Clearance required
  • Microsoft AZ-900 or higher Azure certification
  • IAT Level II certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400, PL-600).
  • Experience with data modeling and governance best practices.
  • Familiarity with the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
