Our growing company is currently seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our IT Department. In this role, the Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing and designing front end and back end architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications and working on web design features. Must be fluent in creating websites to deploy that thrive on strong architecture, while supplementing with data-driven applications that optimize site functionality throughout the lifecycle of each project. The Full Stack Developer will need to know how to effectively create website foundations using back-end applications and database structures.

Duties
- Primary function of Developing and designing RESTful services and APIs.
- Concepting, creating and building code from business requirements and designer wireframes, creating effective code.
- Working through the website development lifecycle to launch.
- Designing user-based interactions through effective front-end architecture framework.
- Coding for various platforms to ensure functionality across multiple channels.
- Working with the team to develop best practices.
- Determining application responsiveness for users.
- Ensuring company mandate is effectively addressed in technical and developmental aspects.
- Troubleshooting issues and problem solving as necessary.
- Keeping current with industry trends and developments that can be applied to company needs.
Education, Experience, Qualifications and Skills
- 8+ yearsโ experience in web development and programming for the following technologies
- .NET (Framework, Core 5-8)
- .NET Web API 2.0
- ASP .NET MVC5+
- Entity Framework
- MS SQL 2017 and higher
- DevOps (CI/CD)
- Experience with Digital Signing Services a plus
- Experience with third-party controls (Telerik, Debenu/Foxit) a plus
- Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture/Microservices a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to quickly learn and appropriately utilize internal applications and knowledge bases as needed for timely completion of daily tasks.
- Ability to read, process and follow written directions and procedures.
- Ability to maintain routine and predictability in dynamic and open-office environment.
- Ability to work in concert with a team or independently, with or without direct supervision/guidance as needed.
- Ability to self-manage and multi-task while making fact-based or historically-valid and justifiable decisions.

- Reliable transportation for timely work attendance.
- Physically able to bend/kneel/walk/stand, in tandem with cart, stepstools or rolling ladders, to access supplies and various works in progress or other materials as needed in storage rooms or production areas.

Compensation and Benefits
- Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with mandatory weekday or weekend as needed
- First 60 days work onsite, then 3 days in the office 2 days remote possible
