Job description

Full stack developer, with focus on Dev/SecOps (AWS experience, strong programming skills with Python, SQL experience (SAS experience a plus), Strong Gitlab/TF skills).
Hybrid/onsite to Reston, VA

Description:

Application Developer performs high complexity (i.e. system level applications) analysis, design, development and unit testing of software applications from user requirements and design documents. The candidate also resolves defects encountered during various testing cycles. The candidate should be able to understand the application flow and requirements to design and implement CICD suite using Gitlab/TF. This role will be on a team supporting business with design and implementation on target state asset for a time sensitive decommission project

Skills:

1) Proficiency with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

2) Solid knowledge of the programming language(s), application server, database server and/or architecture of the system being developed

3) Solid understanding of current programming languages and employs any/all of these languages to solve the business needs of FNM's internal customers

4) Proficient with AWS platform and services (EMR, Lambda, SNS, SQS, ECS Fargate, Batch, Event bridge, CloudWatch etc) 5)Hands on experience implementing CICD solution with Gitlab/TF

Education/Work Experience:

1) Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field

2) Professional certification(s) desired 10+ years software development experience across the appropriate platform
