What You’ll Do

As a Sales Consultant, you are the front line of the customer experience.

You will:

  • Greet customers and create a strong first impression

  • Respond quickly to internet, phone, and digital leads

  • Use a consultative selling approach to identify customer needs

  • Present vehicles and conduct professional test drives

  • Follow the Walt Massey Road to the Sale process

  • Build value, handle objections, and confidently ask for the business

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity

  • Conduct daily outreach via phone, text, email, and video

  • Follow up with sold and unsold customers for repeat and referral business

  • Request reviews and referrals after delivery

  • Promote inventory and deliveries through social media

  • Stay engaged in ongoing training and coaching

  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude every day
