As a Senior Structural Engineer in our Forensics Practice,you'lltake on increasingly complex investigations, evaluating distress, diagnosing failures, and shaping remediation strategies across a wide range of structures.You'llexercise sound judgment in diagnosing issues, proposing solutions, and supporting litigation or insurance claims while guiding junior staff and contributing to multidisciplinary project environments. You will deepen your technicalexpertise, expand your project responsibilities, and gain direct exposure to clients and project management elements.

Compensation
The rate for this position generally is$88,000-$98,000annually.Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted byDistrict of ColumbiaEqual Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employee already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law.
