Job description

SkillsetGroup is seeking an Entry-Level Pricing Analyst to work in the city of Gardena, CA area. The Entry-Level Pricing Analyst is responsible for supporting pricing decisions by analyzing data, maintaining pricing records, conducting market research, and assisting with customer quotations. This role works closely with the sales, procurement, and finance teams to help monitor costs, update pricing models, and provide data-driven insights that support profitability and competitive pricing strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 2+ years of analytical experience looking to grow their career in pricing and finance. Job Title: Pricing Analyst
DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!
Pay Range: $28 - 32/hr. DOE
Shift: 1st shift; M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or data analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field a MUST
  • Analyze costs, margins, and pricing structures to support business goals
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide pricing decisions
  • Build and maintain pricing models, reports, and dashboards using Excel or similar tools
  • Monitor raw material costs and market trends to adjust pricing as needed
  • Partner with sales, procurement, and finance teams to align pricing strategies
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve profitability and competitiveness
  • Maintain accurate pricing data and support customer-specific quotes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate clear recommendations
  • Bilingual is STRONGLY preferred
