Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

  • Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse

  • Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

  • Valid New Jersey CHHA license (Required)

  • High school diploma or equivalent
