This is an in-office position located in Largo, FL.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (No late nights or weekends!)

Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads, engaging with business owners who have expressed interest in our services.

  • Deliver high-impact visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet to drive client engagement.

  • Leverage your expertise to recommend and present the most suitable accounting and tax solutions.

  • Educate business owners on the value of professional financial services, using a consultative approach to address their concerns and build trust.

  • Collaborate with our Client Success and Account Management teams to ensure a smooth transition and long-term client satisfaction.

  • Accurately and efficiently manage all client interactions and information within our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role (bartending, serving, or retail experience is highly valued).

  • Prior experience in a phone-based, high volume sales environment is highly preferred.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and articulate complex information clearly and professionally.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently.

  • Collaborative and receptive to coaching, with a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Demonstrated confidence in presenting solutions and making decisive recommendations.

Compensation:

  • Starting Pay: $20 per hour base rate + uncapped commission.

  • Earnings Structure: After an initial ramp-up period, compensation transitions to a forgivable draw structure, ensuring you have a consistent monthly floor while maintaining maximum upside.

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): Most team members earn between $60,000 and $120,000 annually.

  • Performance Upside: Our commission plan is transparent and uncapped; our top performers consistently exceed the OTE range.
