Job description

Assist all operations needed to safely complete all rig operations

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work as needed both scheduled and unscheduled hours often out of town for extended periods
  • Oilfield experience preferred but not required
  • Clean driving record, CDL preferred but not required
  • Ability to communicate and work with crew effectively

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Safely assist in all aspects of workover rig operations as directed by the Supervisor and Operator
  • Cross-train to learn all areas of a workover hand
  • Learn to communicate with the Supervisor and Operator as needed
  • Learn the safe operation of MSPSI ancillary equipment (catwalks, pumps, tongs, etc.)
  • Complete all assigned tasks in a safe manner
  • Develop a strong working relationship with the crew
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Keep up to date on all training offered by MSPSI
