Location: Des Moines, IA - Onsite (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM CST) / (alternate start times may be available at 6:30 AM or 7:00 AM)

Pay Rate: $21.40/hr

This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in the financial services industry and gain hands-on experience with loan servicing operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of operational support tasks related to loan servicing and document handling
  • Review, process, and maintain documentation with a high level of accuracy
  • Support shipping, mail handling, and related administrative workflows
  • Assist with data entry, tracking, reporting, and record maintenance
  • Follow established procedures, compliance standards, and internal guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and service expectations
  • Maintain confidentiality and strong attention to detail in all assigned work
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Entry-level candidates or recent graduates are welcome.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
