As an Asset Management Intern, you will...ย 

  • Develop and maintain your financial statement analysis abilities and have a detailed understanding of reporting requirements for the loans within the team's Asset Management portfolio.
  • Spread and analyze financial statements in Excel and/or the System of Record.
  • Assist Asset Manager(s) with onboarding of loans, escrows, and covenants.
  • Support Asset Manager(s) in tracking required financials from Borrows & Guarantors.
  • Provide loan and escrow histories as requested by clients.
  • The goal is that you will take what you have learned in your course work, apply it to your projects and then implement those solutions or recommendations.ย 
  • Have both a manager and mentor to help guide your through our program and your day-to-day work.ย 
  • Be given the opportunity to deliver a final presentation of your project/s results and make business recommendations to your department, team members and Company leadership.
