Compensation:

$76,000 at plan earnings


Responsibilities:
  • Leverage technology and data-driven insights to prepare for meetings, understand client needs, and support meaningful financial conversations
  • Participate in comprehensive training, mentorship, and development programs designed to prepare you for a successful career as a Financial Advisor
  • Develop lasting relationships with individuals, professionals, and business owners by understanding their financial priorities
  • Provide exceptional service and ongoing support while building trust and establishing yourself as a valued financial resource
  • Gather and analyze financial information to assist in developing personalized financial strategies and recommendations
  • Collaborate with experienced advisors and leadership to deliver client-focused guidance and solutions
  • Identify and connect with prospective clients using AI-powered technology, networking, and community engagement



Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and develop professional relationships
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to obtain FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations (sponsorship provided)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales, customer service, account management, recruiting, business development, retail leadership, or other relationship-driven roles is preferred
