Financial Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with individuals, professionals, state/municipal employees, newlyweds, families, members of the armed services, business owners, and more.
  • Offer comprehensive financial planning services based on client needs and goals.
  • Specialize in specific areas of need, including but not limited to: Advisory Services, Retirement Analysis, Insurance, Estate Strategies, Employee Benefits, and Business Continuation Strategies.
  • Deliver high-quality planning, leverage technology resources, and offer white-glove service to existing and growing clientele, utilizing specific Thoroughbred Advisors' Financial Planning Processes.

  • You are likely a college graduate but may not have majored in economics or finance, and might have little to no experience in the Financial Services Industry.

Compensation:

$75,000+ at plan commission


Responsibilities:
  • Building a book of business on your own terms.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with individuals, including professionals, state/municipal employees, newlyweds, families, members of the armed services, business owners, and more.
  • Provide comprehensive financial planning and/or focus on specific areas of need, including: Advisory Services, Retirement Analysis, Insurance, Estate Strategies, Employee Benefits, and Business Continuation Strategies.
  • Deliver high-quality planning, technology, and service experience to existing and growing clientele, utilizing the specific Thoroughbred Advisors' Financial Planning Process.
  • Specific, holistic method for gauging and developing the financial wellness plans for each individual client.
  • Attend company and outside training to strengthen your practice.
  • Get comfortable being uncomfortable.

Qualifications:
  • You are dependable, competent, inquisitive, motivated, efficient, active, and accurate.
  • You are personable, approachable, generous, and caring, with a natural ability to connect and communicate with others and inspire others to be passionate about things you believe in.
