Job description

Begin your career in financial services with a structured development program designed to prepare you for long-term success as a Financial Advisor. No prior advisory experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, one-on-one mentorship, and sponsorship for FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licensing to help you build the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Interest in financial planning, wealth management, and helping clients achieve financial goals
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, account management, recruiting, retail leadership, or relationship-focused roles preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and develop professional relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong initiative with a desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally
