This client is North American operations closely support major OEM production plants through localized supply chain management, engineering support, quality assurance, and customer service activities.

[Job Summary]

We are seeking a Bilingual Finance Specialist / Finance Analyst (Spanish Required) to support finance operations across the U.S., Mexico, and Korea.

Requirements

We are open to a wide range of experience levels: entry-level to Finance Manager.

This role is responsible for accounting, treasury, finance, tax, and FP&A while serving as a key liaison between global finance teams.

Candidates with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field and strong Spanish communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Manufacturing finance and SAP/ERP experience are preferred, but candidates with limited finance experience and strong growth potential will also be considered.

This position may be based in either the U.S. or Mexico, depending on business needs and candidate qualifications.

Bachelor's degree (4-year university)

  • Spanish proficiency required:
  • Ability to communicate in English or Korean at a business level
  • Preferred majors: Accounting, Business Administration, Economics.
  • Candidates with limited finance experience may still be considered; training and growth opportunities can be provided
  • Strong Spanish skills and effective communication abilities are highly valued in addition to accounting knowledge
